In January 2007, Bari Millwork & Supply, along with BG Capital Management, joined together to start Venice Holdings, LLC. This small company would be used to acquire commercial property for Commercial Rentals and with the remolding handled by Bari Millwork & Supply, increase their value as well as working as a showcase for the type of outstanding work the Bari can accomplish.

Founded 1980 in New Jersey, the company originally worked on residential homes and apartments in the NYC area. Incorporated in 1994 by Wayne Baldino in Florida, it began to work on Three Story Walk-ups, and grew from their as a sub-contractor to many of the General Contractors overseeing the construction in South Florida.
